FABRIC SOURCING

I have been looking for reflective fabrics to make my final garments out of. I think one of the biggest problems I am going to face is that because it is silver and reflective it could look slightly tacky, which is not really the look I'm going for at all. I think the best way to avoid this is to order some fabric samples and then choose what I think will be best for the final make.

This is one of the fabrics I have ordered a sample of, hopefully it'll meet my expectations! The website claims this fibre is waterproof, windproof, breathable, quickdry, durable, ripstop and reflective! All properties AstroGirl will need on her adventures in space!
